Senior Fitness Classes

Join us for these amazing fitness classes at Traditions at Camargo!

Stay in shape with these classes:

BALANCE FITNESS: Begins in chairs with movement using weights and bands. Progressing to Low Intensity Movement, Balance and Flexibility.

STRETCH: Flexibility in every plane using muscles and joints to continue motion and strength.

BODYSCULPT: Low Intensity Aerobics, weight training for toning and strengthening, including flexibility and balance.

BUTTS N GUTS: Bodysculpting using weights and bands concentrating on Butts and Guts!

BEGINNING YOGA: Taught by Kevin, who has 500+ certification hours and years of experience. You will love his kind and encouraging style.
