Each senior in our care has a unique life story, which is very important to how we care for him or her. The Varietas® Memory Care Program relies on what we learn about your loved one to comfort and connect with them in a warm and nurturing environment.
The Varietas® Program is a model of care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and age-related memory impairments. Its tenets are proven to maximize the quality of life for these disorders.
The program is designed to create a true therapeutic environment, reducing stressful stimuli and fostering the natural rhythms of each day. A combination of therapeutic and positive stimulation—including expressive arts, exercise, nutrition, reminiscing, and cognitive activities—enhances social engagement with peers, families, and staff members.

Varietas® staff members undergo specialized training, meet detailed requirements and have applied for regular certification through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). The Certified Dementia Practitioner® (CDP®) program recognizes the need for standards in Alzheimer's and dementia education. A state-of-the-art security system also allows residents to live independently while remaining in a safe and secure environment.
