Please join us at the Traditions at Camargo Madeira Senior Center every Thursday for Chair Yoga with Helene! This FREE event is open to all seniors 50+ in Madeira. Helene is an ERYT Registered Yoga Teacher and an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor.
