Roxann Tillinghast is the new Executive Director at Traditions at Camargo! Roxann comes to Traditions with extensive experience - most recently at the Beechwood Home in Cincinnati. She holds a Masters Degree in Education, Clinical Counseling, and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College and a Bachelors Degree in English and Comparative Literature from University of Cincinnati. Roxann has six children and one grandchild! Roxann believes "caring for the elderly is an honor and a privilege."
Russ Wickham is the Community Relations Director at Traditions at Camargo. Russ has over five years of experience in senior living.
Russ enjoys helping seniors navigate the sometimes difficult decision to move into a senior living community. He approaches his job with compassion and expertise.

Russ has lived in five different states, was previously a professional chef, and enjoys spending time with his hairless cat and 17-year-old daughter.
Jerry was born and raised in Mason, Ohio with his seven brothers and sisters. He is a graduate of Mason High School and is Automotive Service Excellence certified. Jerry is also experienced in senior living maintenance management, including general repairs, mechanics and community-style living, and has always had a love for working with his hands and finding solutions to problems.
"I love the culture of Traditions and am eager to start every morning, taking on whatever the day has in store. There is so much care and respect shown for our residents and I am honored to be a part of such a great team." Jerry lives in Mt. Healthy with his wife, Brenda and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is also an avid New York Yankees and Cincinnati Reds fan.
Kathy comes to Traditions at Camargo with experience in office management, bookkeeping, human resources, and payroll, including 20+ years as an Administrative Supervisor at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
"Working at Traditions has given me the opportunity to make friends in a close-knit community where residents, families and staff dine, play and engage in multiple activities together. I have developed even more compassion and empathy while watching residents transition to new stages of life and learning about values, perspectives, history and culture from different generations." Kathy grew up in Madeira, where she raised her six children. She and her husband, Matt, enjoy playing golf and spending lots of time with their children and grandchildren.
